One way to keep the memory is to have a good night's sleep with enough duration. Regular and sufficient sleep allows the body to restore power, makes us more alert and more attention to things that are detailed.
Basically there is no ideal standard sleep duration. Some experts refer to figure 6-8 hours at night as the optimal sleep time, but some argue the most important is the next day we wake up with a fit condition and alert.
